Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and you will have a few options to select from.
Tracking your order
Once your dress has been dispatched via your chosen delivery method, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping timeframes
Please be aware that studio vahl dresses take 8-12 weeks to arrive, as they are made to order in our London atelier.
Your parcel will be dispatched as soon as your dress has been produced, checked and approved in our London atelier.
It will be sent by your chosen delivery method, which you can select at check out.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK & the USA. Please note US customers are subject to extra tax fees that will be calculated at checkout.
What if something happens to my order in transit?
If anything happens to your dress in transit, firstly get in contact with the shipping company as they will have the latest information available. If you have any issues get in touch with us at hello@studiovahl.com and we can try and help.

Returns
Each dress is made-to-order, only for you, which is why we do not accept returns. Each item is quality checked and documented before being shipped to you, but in the case that you spot a fault - please reach out to us at hello@studiovahl.com to discuss.
